Yes. We search the market including opportunities that aren't publicly advertised, using local knowledge, industry connections and investment expertise. An off-market property is assessed on exactly the same fundamentals as anything else. It still has to fit the strategy.

We analyse comparable sales, negotiate price and terms on your behalf and manage the details through to settlement, keeping you informed at every step. After settlement we review progress and plan the next move when the time is right.

No. Four Elements provides buyer advocacy and property acquisition services and does not provide financial, tax, legal or credit advice. We work alongside your finance, tax and legal professionals, and can connect you with trusted ones if you need them, so the purchase fits your overall position.
